All orders we receive before 18.00 on weekdays are sent the same day. Notice orders is only shipped on working days. Orders we receive on weekends and public holidays are always sent the next working day.

You are responsible of all shipping fees. We cooperate with shipping firms known as PostNord, Bring and GLS. Your package will be delivered to a parcelshop / pakkeshop. You have the opportunity to choose which parcelshop you want to deliver your package. The shipping firm will contact you when to collect your package. It is required to inform correct information about you (e-mail, Phone number, etc.).

You are also responsible for picking up your package from the parcel shop within the deadline. If you miss the deadline the package will be sent back to our facility. In order to send it again to you requires a new shipping fee to Marva.dk

Any delay or lost package is not the responsibility of Marva.dk. The shipping firm is in charge for it.

Important! Please note that customs and fees may apply when your order is to be delivered abroad. You have to pay for these expenses yourself. Customs rules vary greatly from country to country, so contact your local customs authorities if in doubt. Therefor Marva.dk is not held responsible in the case of additional fees.

TRACK & TRACE

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items can not be refunded for change of mind.
